Maurice, I know you're just being amusing, but I amuse myself by injecting facts into your whimsy. You are acting very nervous about having your head hacked off by Muslims. Do you know how many people have had their head cut off in, say, the last 5 years? How do think this number compares with the number of Muslims who have been blown to pieces by US bombs and artillery? I'd guess the ratio is something in excess of 100:1 in favour of the Americans, who are so much better at this killing business. If we lump in other measures used by angry Muslims the ratio might drop to 10:1. Now I deduce that you must regard being blown to pieces as exceedingly preferable to head cutting. Perhaps you can write something amusing on this subject.
