It's outrageous Wyoming gets millions in Homeland Security pork barrel spending and first responders in LA, DC and NYC get less than they need. This kind of pork barrel corruption needs to go. Bush and his cronies in congress have made a mockery out of Homeland Security and wasted billions of dollars.
