Thanks Crossy. I noticed their earnings were already accretive after two recent acquisitions. "Chicago" may be onto something with this one...hence the email today as it touched 2.69. I hate to be "sold" on something, but I think I might have sold myself already. I did put in a 2.50 bid when the market got weak around 1pmct. I told this to "chicago" and his comment was he would not be surprised if it did not go back to that level. OT - re: ALY Do you know when the earnings will be reported? I have not talked to Victor in quite some time, so I don't know. Just curious. All the Best - JT
