Abramoff is a 99.9% rightwing scandal. If Reid actually did anything wrong, fine indict him. But what about Bush and Rove who met with Abramoff and his clients many times and did big favors for them? What about DElay and his entire gang of 30-40 rightwing congressmen who actively worked with Abramoff? Also, Abramoff's direct contributions were 100% to rightwingers only. No democrats. Reid didn't get a dime from Abramoff. Only an Indian tribe who did business with him. But was there a direct connection? Not proven yet. Reid will have to explain his action, but it's a clear case of the mountain pointing at a molehill. Even if Reid did something unethical, it's a minor case compared to the biggest corruption scandal in history which is all on the rightwing side. Still, I will gladly trade Reid for Bush, Rove and 30-40 rightwing crooks in congress.
