I do not believe that capitalism will survive this century in its present form if at all. Ayn Rand won't like you if you don't do it HER WAY - she said to her lover Nathaniel - I made you and I can BREAK you - so much for the self made man. What a hypocrite she was. imdb.com Notice how Grace is also childless like her hero - Ayn didn't need kids - she had BOOKS instead - society would die under the Randian memes of BOOKS instead of KIDS. Why didn't Rand's momma think that and not plop out that bowling ball baby Ayn? Who will take care of Grace when she is old and needs someone to feed her in the bed - her books? Welfare communist type nursing home staff? The KIDS other capitalists suffered to PRODUCE and SQUIRT and HURT. What troubles me about Grace is her absolute views in a very dynamic world. She is like Ayn wanting to interpret everything through her microcosm of ideas, beliefs, and experiences - when reality is so much more diverse than that and absolutes just don't apply. Lets make childbearing a capitalist enterprise - where only the rich producers can afford them - from the data I have seen, as people get more rich or more smart - ala Rand - they have less kids. Thus civilization currently can only be sustained by jungle bunnies out in the emerging markets shooting out 5 or 6 bowling ball babies because they are too urbanized to realize what a burden kids are and haven't lived in the randian wegmans world to see how much EASIER life is without the whiny little shits. Where is the capitalist to see the big picture that the more borg we have out there adding to the collective - the more specialized they all can become and the greater our economic growth? Sadly AYN did not add to this economic future - she left that socialist burden to other SUCKERS while she sucked off the tit of a society where other went through the PAIN of squirting out bowling balls - what a damn hypocrite!! Ayn wanted the benefits of a large specialized economy with many borg underneath, but she left that WORK of childbearing to the other idiots who did not realize BOOKS are better than kids - pathetic. What a HYPOCRITE! How many books fed ayn when she got sick and old? I bet she depended on kids squirted out by others. What a communist end to her capitalist life.
