OT- CRM (salesforce.com) experiencing a mini-crash today. There are reports that they had yet another site crash yesterday (although a 10% drop is probably not attributable to that). Unless CRM can clean up their act GOOG is going to take this area imho. I think CRM listened too much to Gartner in 02 at the very bottom of the bear and offshored their knowledge base away. They had an opportunity to make the same level of investments in infrastructure GOOG did and didn't. But for those wanting in to CRM, could be a decent opp here. Their earnings are in 2 weeks or so.
