Win - Your right ... and I apologize because what I said 'came out wrong' ... so again, I apologize. What I was/am trying to invoke is .... and again, not sure how to word this .... there can be no debate ..... China and India have already made their mind up ... and the point is to read what they have said and then ponder the significance of what they said .... in essence, its not important what I type here or what you type back .... the only important thing is are the decisions these countries have already made .... Most importantly, I do sincerely apologize for my very poor wording .... in my previous post to you. John McCarthy
