That's the type of behavior that we cannot allow. Our democracy is only an illusion when members of Congress change bills after the voting process is finished......................but the GOP has been getting away with it now since 2000. We have no democracy............our country is a plutocracy..................run by a select few who do what they wish and sell it to us afterwards through various spin doctors. At least 35 % of the partisan public will believe anything they say and 50% probably don't care.
