Very informative post, ww. I understood only about half of it but I think I get the main point. I hope you do less lurking and more posting in the future. I've quoted your long post on the NASA surveillance issues to everyone who might be interested.

I think the best argument you make, and one I cannot counter, is the one describing the chaos which would follow if the personal immunities afforded by LLCs and corporations are legislated out of existence. The immunities are therefore valuable even if rarely brought into play in a practical context.
