I watched portions of the Commission hearing. IMHO Firing Brown was the right thing to do. It now is pretty obvious he didnt like reporting to Chertoff and wanted to report directly to the W/H. This came out when they interviewed a General (Broderick?) who was head of Homeland Security Operations (the area that sends out the help). Brown just wouldnt cooperate and give them any info. jdn
