Still... it's under OATH, and will be revealed in open court, presumably.

(No need to rely upon leaked tales told by reporters now --- all will be public in due course.)

Still... that trial is opening *after* the mid-term elections. :)

Fitz. letter says Libby testified that he was authorized to leak by superiors. Libby's attys. don't deny that, they only say that won't be a part of his defense. What part of superiors do you not understand?
