*Raise the Federal gas tax from 17 cents a gallon to 60 cents a gallon, effective immediately. Won't do nothing but destroy the little guy. The guy that drives to work and tries to feed his family. You think "rich" people you want to tax drive to work and are going to be hurt? You really want to make mom with four kids be penalized for not driving a beer can? Why not just add higher taxes on low mpg and tax cuts on high mpg? And throw in exemptions for campaign donations.... We're back where you started....
