I think hair dryers would be limited in effect, but I do like the idea of huge hot air fans around sub-zero cities. While standing on street corners to cross the road, one could enjoy warmth. Shops have big hot air fans as soon as people enter the shop [too hot all too often].

That's pixelations, not pixilations. Pixilated people are the crazed greenhouse effect doomsters. Pixelated people are those whose faces are scrambled by messing with their images so they are unidentifiable.
