Social programs that help those who don't have the advantages that Bush had, don't have a sugar daddy who can get them into elite colleges even though their not qualified. Health care, education, and other assistance programs that allow people to move into a position to compete with Bush's silver spoon crowd. Look at Bush's latest budget proposal. Even his own base is buckling at his proposal to pour more money into the military and Halliburton while cutting so many social programs.
