Yeah phoenix, very critical juncture there. If you believe the $RUT is in that ED off that (4) low (which that chart obviously does), then at this point it needs to collapse.

I am still thinking hound there, and its going to launch. But indeed, today's close puts us back in the wedge.

Its either a backtest or huge down is coming, either way that chart is going to rock IMO.

The most obvious problems here are the violations of the Elliott rules regarding Ending Diagonals. To wit:

Wave 3 must not be shorter than both Waves 1 and 5.
Wave 5 is never the longest when compared with Wave 1 and Wave 3.
