Did you watch the SECOND round of interviewees including a general who seemed to me to be a straight shooter and not typical of Washington. I thought he explained it pretty clearly. Its obvious to me Brown just didnt want to be anything less then a CABINET LEVEL officer and refused to report through the proper chain of command. Listening to the General, sounds to me like they have taken the steps to fix all the problems and this is unlikely to ever happen again. jdn
