Thanks, G. That's good news but plenty of room for improvement. Still, one in six graduating EE students being female doesn't immediately imply that there should be one in six in the board room or upper management, although it's a good goal. It's nice to see companies like NSM recognize the need to for more women within their EE workforce and see little wrong with trying get more qualified women into fast track situations.
