did you catch any of the opening
ceremonies today?

i "opened" a frozen dinner and put it in the microwave
at work for lunch. never even thought about having a
ceremony. i didn't even say grace before i ate it.

if yer tockin' about the winter olympics, i like
sports but i don't like ceremonies. i think those
are just put in there for the wimmenfolk (and the
zealots). <g>

Who won?

Greece again?

They always seem to win that slow walking race
where they all carry in the flags.

The USA is pretty bad in that event.
Usually right behind Uraguay.

But at least we always beat Zaire. They
are really slow. Especially in the snow.

Perhaps if everyone didn't smile and wave
to the fans it could improve their speed a bit.

Then again, whattado I know.
