However, that is nothing new, just the same old shxt, appr 40 US-style-IQ points.

Sorry, appr 160 IQ-points.. that is what they claim, maybe it was even 1,600 points, especially in math, at least a couple of median trillions, clearly more than a dozen.

Who is that single payer in that funny USA, always last on the IQ-list??

IMO the greatness of a culture can be measured by how the worst off in that culture fare, not by the justifications the top 1% have for their insatiable greed.
