I see, it's all Bush's fault. Everything. Got ya.

Well, duh!? Who's on trial for the Enron collapse, the CEO's dog?

If you stopped focusing on Clinton's amendment of the capital gains tax from 1997, and looked at what's happening to the economy in 2006, I think you would be much more worried and much more critical of Bush. I firmly believe that the current economy is held together by gum and bandaids.

The current economy is all a deficit spending sugar high. The withdrawl symptoms will be very painful. In short, Bush's record deficit strategy comes with no plan to ever pay down the debt, so it just keeps snowballing. Already the dollar is devalued by 40% since 2000. But that is no solution. We need to get back to pay as we go Clintonmics which was better for everyone except a few billionaires, arms dealers, drug companies and oil tycoons.
