Pretty quiet around here. I thought I would post some information on a company with warrants. It is Commodore Applied Technologies (CXI). The company is involved in hazardous waste disposal without incineration. Its process for treating mixed radioactive and non-radioactive wastes has drawn a lot of attention, and it is among the finalists for the Army's contract for chemical waste disposal. There is an SI thread you can check for more background:
207.183.153.23

The warrants are to buy shares at $8.40 until June 28,2001. The stock's 52 week range is 9 to 1 1/2. The warrant's price range has been 3 3/4 to 5/8. Both the stock and the warrants have been appreciating recently.

Does anyone have a pricing model for warrants to determine fair value?
