Fact of the matter is that any bus under Nagin's governmental control was used to evacuate folks. The school busses to which you're referring were privately-owned and those drivers were under private contract. Let me guess now, are you in favor or privatization, or would you prefer to spend a few bucks on government, i.e., public safety?
