Regardless of how much it displeases you, the US remains a democracy. We will that midterm elections this November for all of the House of Representative and 1/3 of the Senate. Whether GWN likes t or not. And in November 2008 we will have Presidential elections. And GWB can't run. He's barred by a Constitutional amendment. Against slander and libel? It is. There are a few exceptions be met involving intent. There is also a higher standard that must be met for public figures such as GWB.
