Looks to me that in a free market, economic forces will temporarily concentrate money in the hands of those organizations who best serve us. That redounds to everyone's interest, particularly the young and the unborn. Earned economic power is way cool.

The concentration of political power - illegitimate coercion - has domestically been the specialty of Democrats during most of my lifetime.

Until recently.

I've come to believe that isn't a partisan issue, rather an institutional failure. Mancur Olson has made some interesting observations about that. Ever encountered his work?
