Grey was bad but ya' know, the problem in California belongs to the people...they voted themselves all the future generations money in the form of pay, pensions, prop 13 tax breaks and the like. Never protected the borders. Then after they have raped it as much as they can they move out of state to a low tax place like Nevada or Arizona.
