How would you do that? Futures, bonds?

Probably bonds. Futures are too volatile for my taste. I got my lesson in cotton the hard way a few years ago.

I have a slight problem. Since I am a Canadian I have to go through two currency exchanges. I didn't check the cost yet, but if it is too excessive I'll wire the money to my daughter in Spain and she will convert it into Euro.
