Well, first, I'd call free(r) trade a good. It makes all participants more prosperous and reduces the impetus for bombs, gunfire, and other unpleasant consequences. Now I can see no need for some striped pants yahoo to impose him or herself as an unneeded intermediary if I decide to buy a gizmo made in EBF Bangladesh, but sometimes you take what you can get. As to the IMF and fiat banking, it would appear that any progress on that front will have to come from the market oriented conservatives. Damned shame that their influence is disappearing. And again, I applaud corporate power as long as it is created and sustained by folks voting with their earned dollars.
