Sounds like an old woodframe and stucco house. I can't believe how much people have been paying for those things.

It's not historic it's just old and the frame has been rotting for 80 years.

zillow.com has it at $363k.

Why not $329k? Human nature suggests that they will just follow the market down and have to dump rather than get out with a $50k profit now. Less commission.

Some of those old houses in lake worth have asbestos in the plaster and stucco.
