Your article failed to demonstrate parallel behaviors. It simply stated they existed. A political assination like that of Ghandi has no relation to the argument.

The article headline is very misleading.

Some might go hundreds of years back to find some similar acts, however, that would simply demonstrate that too many Muslims are still living in the dark ages.

"There are parallel behaviors in every tradition," he said. "Buddhism has a violent strain despite its pacifism ... You think about Hinduism and nonviolence but (Mohandas) Gandhi was assassinated by a Hindu."

chinu...."Here educate yourself, if your morals allow for an open mind and free thought.

Mohammad cartoon protests aren't unique to Islam
".....

You just now learn that? At the present time it is islam that is rioting around the world not other religions...It was radical islamic terrorists that did 9/11, the cole, the embassies, beslan, etc. etc not other religions...If other religions were doing what islam is doing I would hope they would be treated harshly. IMO islam is not being treated nearly harsh enough...they seem to still not get the message.

You speak of others morals...you who come from another country to live in the USA and proceed to do all that you can to create turmoil in your adopted country. You should never ever question another person morals considering what you are now doing.
