There is not a lot of nuance to the show and the fast pace does not allow for a lot of character development. Who cares? At least one bad guy gets offed each week. Who could ask for anything more? LOL

I liked the part a couple episodes ago where Jack threatened to gouge out the eye of the President's Chief of Staff if he didn't tell him what was going on with the terrorists and the missing gas canisters.

I love it when the bad guys get their due and the good guys win. If the bad guys get glorified in any way, I won't watch it. "Godfather," etc.

I lied (just this once). I loved 'The Road to Perdition,' which had Tom Hanks as a good father who was also a hit man with a tommy gun and worked for Paul Newman who was a mobster. They both got offed, though.

I like NCIS mainly for the characters and interesting twisty plots. The bad guys almost always lose.

<<The premise seemed a bit gimmicky and I didn't want to make a 24 week commitment. Was that a mistake, though I am actually a bit happy about that decision. I will now have the pleasure of watching the four prior year.>>

Soap Opera with balls.
