We did that too in the summer. Yes, it was such good fun playing with all the neighborhood kids. We were all ages up to about twelve and remember we got along together very well. Kids today have too much going on for them to have the time for neighborhood socialization, it seems to me. On Saturdays, the Malls are filled with them if it has a theater. We didn't have Malls to congregate in nor did our parents have to drive us all over the creation to do simple things like sleep overs.
