THanks, I marked "keep" on this so I can later take a look. The reason I ask questions as I have, is because of exactly the question you have raised.... And even more so, for the total US if we are hit by a bio attack.... Is it better to go under martial law, or try to rely on State agencies to know what they are doing? Do ANY of them know what they are doing? If Seattle ever gets hit by a tsunami or a terrorist attack -- or if a big earthquake ever hits the West Coast -- based on what I've seen, don't expect help, it ain't coming.
