There is no evidence that George Bush has ever used domestic spying against US political opponents, as Nixon did As I said, the lack of real opposition and the procession of next-day-apologies leads me to suspect that such intell will eventually come to light. I think that people who are saying "just like Nixon" aren't old enough to remember what Nixon was like, or just who was on his enemies list. I believe that time will tell who is on GWB's list. They are much more careful about getting caught, having learned from Nixon's gaffes.
