Arun, that's for sure. I was closely involved in NZ and in Europe through my BP work and same there.

The biggest failure was to allow lead to continue to be sprayed into the atmosphere by vehicles.

And they allowed nasty levels of air pollution by particulates and encouraged pollution by favouring diesel as a fuel via tax penalties on petrol.
