Lizzie doesn't take MSN/MSFT seriously in anything. Thinks that it is a dying business. So, it is easy for her to say that they have capitulated or will capitulate...

"Live" is Microsoft's new initiative to take on Google in this space. So if you are implying that Microsoft is capitulating then you are wrong. OK but why do you rebrand if you have a winner? Analysts still see fuzzy future for MSN as new chief takes helm tmcnet.com Theres a ton of market reseach for web properties and until microsoft starts gaining share all this "concern" about competition for GOOG is really ringing hollow imho. There's a window of opportunity for emerging businesses and once you miss the window thats pretty much it.
