Arlen Specter not only said Bush broke the law, but that impeachment is a possibility. The story was posted widely two weeks ago.

Specter and other honest Republicans are furious with the abuses of power of this White House and their snubbing of congress on crucial issues like this. If Bush can get away with spying on anyone he wants we may as well forget about American democracy and just called ourselves a dictatorship. That's where this leads. And can we trust Bush-Cheney not to spy on political opponents? Of course not. They certainly guilty of it already.

Time to impeach.
