As for your next question, it seems better to ask why should anyone be writing as if Bush misused the eavesdropping when plainly, there is no evidence of that to date? They do this because of a bias which inevitably breeds an undesirable distrust.


Hey I have an idea. Why don't we get rid of Congress and the Courts all together? Who needs checks and balances anyway? They just get in the way of doing what needs to be done for our country. And who is more qualified to decide what needs to be done than George W. Bush? I say we might as well go straight to the dictator style of government. As Bush says..."It'd be a heck of a lot easier".

Silly court oversight on eavesdropping simply slows down the process of listenin' in on folks. The right to privacy is a right we should relegate back to the dark ages!
