No, if there was lawbreaking it was and is the responsibility of the lawbreaker. Don't obfuscate.

Briefly, on the red herring of these briefings, are these the ones to a very limited set of 8 people who were not told sufficient to know WTH was being done or why, were allowed no notes, and were directly instructed not to talk about it anyway? Hmm, sufficient oversight? Blatantly not.

And on the red herring of the lawyers, all those not directly employed by or beholden to the WH seem to think it's at best extremely dodgy and probably grounds for impeachment.

Anyhow, you're too partisan for me to waste further time on, sorry. It's quite clear that you would be leading a lynch mob for a democratic president who had chosen to break the law in this fashion. Hopefully Bush's comeuppance will not be too long delayed, and sufficiently thorough that both he and you recognise it.
