Carter was the one who signed the FISA law, then followed it. Bush is breaking that law. Carter never broke any law.

Folks, once again we see clear evidence that Bushies all think they are above the law, not citizens, but some sort of corporate military dictators. Cheney should be hauled back to Texas to answer questions. for all we know he could have intentionally shot the guy just for fun. Not likely, I know but until there's an investigation we will never know the truth.
