Ok, that part of the question I understand. The fact is that reserves can be estimated and have actually already been put out in a PR from a long time ago. But when the wells is actually up and running <completed> it can then be VERY accurately estimated what the per day yield will be, how long the wells should operate under that yield, and what the final total output will be. These are the numbers they can now have the independant geologist, which by the way is who they hired with the recent share options seen on the recen sec filing, calculate. These numbers are what the market is waiting for. today's press release simply told you, in writing, that the WEATHER was the cause for the delay and that the well is done. When they release the output numbers, ASSUMING THEY ARE GOOD, the stock price will react positively.
