The kind that happens when hunters get too focussed and aren't aware where the others are. Luckily it was a 28ga. with bird shot. As it is, the guy is still in an ICU and likely will be carrying bits of lead for a long while... Do they still use lead in bird shot? Bad PR move, they shouldn't have waited so long before they let the press know. That is going to bite them.
