The Halliburton lady Armstrong lied to cover up Cheney's crime. She claimed it was the victim's fault and Cheney is a great shot, but if you study what she said, it makes no sense. She said the victim snuck up behind Cheney, then Cheney got a bead on a bird and fired. That means he heard someone behind him, whirled around and fired without thinking or looking first. At that range he could also see the victim. Sounds like Cheney's strategy for invading Iraq and blaming 9-11 on Saddam. Dishonest and reckless.
