It is a crime scene when you shoot someone. Same as if you have a bad traffic accident and flee the scene without reporting it. There is no report that Cheney let himself be questioned by Police. Besides, Halliburton crony Armstrong owns the entire county so she's covering up for Cheney locally, while the press is being stonewalled and the victim (a Bush crony) is refusing to speak. It comes out now also that the victim was wearing a bright orange vest and was only 20-30 yerads away. Like the WMD intel case for war with Iraq, Cheney is either totally negligent or criminal. Take your pick.
