The action continues to be strange. FCB didn't play ball on the bill auction today, while going crazy on long term notes and bonds.

One explanation may be that the asian CBs are staying away from the U.S. treasury market while UK played a major role in the bond action last week due to the hedging requirements for the pension funds there.
