Avoid hazardous duty??? Have you ever landed a Jet???? Jet pilots died in higher % then any other group in Nam. That includes pilots in training and well as soldiers in training

You are suggesting that flying jets is not hazardous. Please explain that to all of the families who have lost loved ones in training missions. Please take the opportunity to inform all former pilots you encounter that they are cowards.
