This is true.... but there is no country in their right mind who would send nuclear war heads or planes...

BUT notice you said "in their right mind"....

Have you been listening to any of the radical Muslims for the last few years?

I think THEY THINK they are in their right mind ....

Look what is said on nearly a daily basis. They are intent on "killing Jews, Christians, and Americans"....These are their OWN words, not mine.

And look what they have done so far, with not too many people who actually accomplish the deed. That is NOT to say there aren't more people who have made the plans and who behind the actual perps.

And yes, I think this is true as well....
The nation that would dare to strike us with nuclear would destroy itself..

I don't think it will be a "nation" that will strike us. It will be a subset of a nation.

And I will add to that, they would destroy much of humanity of the earth as well.

Probably wouldn't be a country. Hopefully the terrorists don't get nukes, or really serious and well weaponized bio weapons. Chemical weapons would probably not be as bad but well weaponized chem agents would be serious as well.

The nation that would dare to strike us with nuclear would destroy itself..

Probably...

Or at least it would put itself at existential risk. A country might deliver nukes as a terrorist would (sneak them in to the country, or put them in a boat or ship and sail next to a big city). We might not know right away who did it. But few countries would want to do that even if they knew they could get away with it, and they couldn't know that they could get away with it. Something could leak out before or after the attack. If we prevent the attack we would still make things difficult for any country who tried such a thing, and if we figure out who did it after the strike than we would be less likely to exercise any restraint.
