And it's the democratic senators fault for believing Bush-Cheney's WMD intel lies and voting to give him war powers. Anmd it was the troops' fault for being in free-fire zones ordered to burn down hootches and shoot anything that moved in Vietnam. Not the rightwing policy-makers themselves. And it was Grey Davis's fault for getting hoodwinked by Enron and Bushie Texas energy CEO's. And it was Wittington's fault he "snuck up on" Cheney, not Cheney's fault that he spun and fired without looking. And it was Kerry's fault for not figuring out a way to stop a 100% dishonest smear campaign against him or pin it on Bush. See the pattern? The Bushies are the perps who always blame the victims.
