Of course, Brazil is doing it already. In our case it might
take a while to achieve their success, but it starts with
political support, determination, and a need. Hopefully,
people will be optimistic and think "out of the box". I
don't expect it to happen quickly, but over the next 10-20
years I see it as a reality forced by the circumstances
of high petroleum expenses. How much of our national treasury
is going overseas to purchase foreign oil. How much of that
contributes to the national debt?

Solar, nuclear, wind, etc. Sure, why not? We can do anything we want to do at this point. The question is money.
