c2, couple of questions, if you would be so kind...1) What is the overall situation of NO now? Does only one area have debris, trees, houses still standing that shouldn't be, etc, OR are there still many areas of New Orleans where that is true?

If there are many areas still a total mess, what do you see is the problem? Actually, there would be multiple problems....But CB is correct....the media hasn't exactly taken us on a street by street tour to see what the situation is, unless I've missed it.

I talked earlier of the "hotel" people situation....Who are the 12,000 people and why are there still 12,000 who are in hotels? What happened to the other people?

Did Houston end up taking 200,000 people as first thought? What did Houston do to house this many people on such short notice...?

Thanks if you have any info, or can point me in a direction to find out for myself..
