what is "private" about a lunger huffing smoke at a restaurant where the tables are two feet apart.

what is "private" about a lunger heaving a used, still lit butt out the window of a car and burning up 1200 acres of some ranchers land?

what is "private" about a kid at the emergency room with an asthma attack because of mama having to huff smokes sitting at the dinner table?

How private are we going to be here?
